Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Ternify app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License

Ternify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app.

Premium Features

Premium Upgrade: Ternify offers a one-time in-app purchase (€4.99) that unlocks premium features. This is a one-time payment with no recurring subscription. Once purchased, premium features are available forever on all devices linked to your Apple ID.

Refunds: All purchases are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. If you have issues with your purchase, please contact Apple Support.

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in Ternify (habit names, notes, etc.). Your data remains private and is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the app to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Health Disclaimer: Ternify is a tracking tool and not medical advice. Consult healthcare professionals for medical guidance. We are not responsible for any health-related decisions you make based on using the app.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
